HW e X press System Maintenance Alert: HighWire will be completing its routine year-end maintenance on December 31, 2020 to clear out all Publish Ahead of Print (PAP) content batches that have not posted/produced in HWeXpress. PAP content that needs to post in 2020 should be fully "produced" in HWeXpress before 11:59 pm PST, Dec 31, 2020. HighWire suggests that PAP batches be posted well in advance of the stated deadline to prevent errors and delays. Automated maintenance will be completed after the stated deadline and PAP batches that are deleted will need to be re-delivered to HWeXpress with the updated year after 2 am PST, Jan 1, 2021.
